The Black Sea Sustainable Tourism Observatory (BBSCO) is coordinated and managed by an internal core team composed of five academic staff members from the Department of Economics and Organisation of Tourism. This core team represents the operational and scientific foundation of the Observatory and is responsible for its establishment, coordination, and development.

The internal team leads the preparation of the Observatory’s initial analytical outputs, including the baseline and preliminary monitoring reports, and ensures the continuity and methodological consistency of the monitoring process. BBSCO operates under the direct management of this core team.
